Premium Assistance Program
Don’t let cost be a barrier to providing quality health insurance to your employees. Our Premium Assistance Program makes it easier for small businesses to offer valuable benefits that your workers want , which increases retention and helps with recruiting.
What Is It?
TexHealth Central Texas understands the challenges small businesses face in providing affordable health insurance. That’s why we created the Premium Assistance Program to support businesses in Bastrop, Bell, Burnet, Harris, Hays, Lamar, McLennan, Milam, Travis, and Williamson counties. This program helps eligible businesses offer attractive employee benefits packages that may have been previously out of reach.
Through the Premium Assistance Program, we reimburse a portion of employee health insurance premiums, making coverage more affordable for both the employer and employees. This allows small businesses to compete with larger companies in attracting and retaining top talent. We offer flexibility in plan selection, allowing you to choose from various group plan options and carriers.
